2. Overview of processing

This website is a demonstration of AI phone assistants. Through the contact form, you can request a free demo callback from an AI voice assistant. This involves processing the personal data described below.

3. What data is processed

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Chosen call language and requested callback time
  • A recording and transcript of the phone call, plus an automatically generated summary of your answers
  • The time you gave consent to be contacted (consent timestamp)

4. Purpose of processing

The data is used exclusively to technically carry out the requested demo call, to send you a summary by email afterward, and to let a human review and approve the request before the call is placed.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by checking the consent box when submitting the form.

6. Recipients and services used

The following providers are used to deliver this service and may process personal data on my behalf or as independent controllers:

  • Retell AI – carries out the AI-driven phone call and produces the recording, transcript, and analysis of the conversation.
  • Supabase – stores the form and call data in a database.
  • n8n – automation self-hosted on my own server that processes the request, triggers the call, and sends the confirmation email.
  • Google (Gmail) – sends the confirmation email after the call.
  • Telegram – notifies me internally about incoming demo requests, so I can review and approve every call individually before it is placed.

Where any of these providers process data outside the EU/EEA, this is done under appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses) put in place by that provider.

7. Retention period

Data is kept for as long as needed to process your request and to keep a record of the consent you gave. You can request earlier deletion at any time, see Section 8.

8. Your rights

You have the right, at any time, to:

  • Access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Object to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority

9. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future, by emailing htsago98@gmail.com. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

10. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics cookies or any tracking or marketing tools.

11. Hosting

This website and the n8n automation platform used to process your request are both hosted on the same self-managed virtual private server (VPS), provided by Realtox Media (realtoxmedia.de), located in Düsseldorf, Germany. The AI phone call itself is carried out on infrastructure operated by Retell AI, not by me (see Section 6).

12. Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect changes in the law or in the services used.
